Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Pajama Llama Home Services LLC ("Pajama Llama," "we," "us," or "our") through text message, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with a booking.
2. Services
Pajama Llama provides residential cleaning services including Standard Cleaning, Deep Clean, and Move-Out Clean for homes in our active service areas in North Metro Atlanta. All services are performed by independent contractors.
3. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are initiated via SMS through our AI agent, Larry. A booking is confirmed only after you receive an explicit confirmation message from Larry. By replying AGREE, you confirm your booking and consent to receive SMS communications from Pajama Llama.
4. Payment
Payment is due after each service is completed. You will receive a Stripe payment link via text. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash or checks. Invoices not paid within 7 days of service are considered overdue.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule at any time by texting Larry. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
6. Overage Billing
Deep Clean and Move-Out Clean services include a stated service window (in hours). If the job requires additional time beyond the included window, overage is billed at $65 per hour. Larry will communicate the overage policy before you confirm any deep or move-out clean.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a clean, you must contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will send the team back to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover damage claims.
8. Liability Limitation
Pajama Llama is not liable for pre-existing damage, items of unusual value not disclosed prior to service, or damage caused by improperly secured or unstable items. Our liability for any claim arising from a single service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
9. SMS Communication & TCPA Compliance
By texting us to initiate a booking, you consent to receive transactional and service-related SMS messages from Pajama Llama. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. We will never sell your phone number or use it for third-party marketing.
10. Independent Contractors
All cleaning technicians are independent contractors, not employees of Pajama Llama. Pajama Llama is responsible for contractor vetting, background checks, and service quality but is not responsible for the independent contractor's personal conduct outside of job performance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted at pajamallama.com/terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
